Exelysis training services cover three basic aspects of the Exelysis platform operations.

The Supervisor coursetrains the people who will manage the Contact Center Operations on managing teams, handling agents, monitoring agent performance and campaign progress, extracting reports and also setting parameters that maximize the contact center’s productivity.

The Administrator course provides the skills required to deploy workstations and to support the Exelysis Contact Center, Exelysis Proxy Server andExelysis Media Gateway servers, including regular maintenance, tuning, and updates.The Administrators are also trained on Supervisor aspects to be able to support supervisors and agents.

The Developer course gives customer developers an insight of the Exelysis APIs and the database structure and trains them on how to integrate with 3rd party software, develop the IVR structure, fine-tune the predictive dialing operationsand handle other complex system requirements.
